Who Inspired me?
Valinda Rubio (Holmes) aka. Mom,
aka. Aunt Coffee
This journey began with love, a love for quiet mornings, strong coffee, and the woman who made both feel sacred. My mom wasn’t just someone who enjoyed a good cup; she was the soul of every gathering, the warmth in every kitchen, and the calm in the chaos. To all my cousins, she was known affectionately as “Aunt Coffee”, always ready with a fresh brew and open arms.
Coffee was our ritual. It connected us, grounded us, and held space for our deepest talks and biggest dreams. Though she’s no longer here physically, she’s my guiding light, my guardian angel, walking beside me in every bold step I take with Raven & Roe. I know she would be proud of what I’m creating, and even prouder to see that her love continues to pour into every single cup.​
🌿 About Me
Hi, I’m Tianna Bremer, founder of Raven & Roe, creative director, mom, designer, and coffee lover on a mission to create something intentional, gut-friendly, and deeply rooted in culture and care.
Raven & Roe is more than a mobile coffee experience. It’s a reflection of my journey, my heritage, and the life I’m building for my family.
I spent over a decade as a clinical massage therapist, helping people heal through touch. When life shifted, I chose to go back to school, earn my degree, and build a business that honors where I come from while creating something sustainable for where I’m going.
Coffee has always felt sacred in my life. Especially the memory of my mom, who drank her coffee black, but loved it most with a splash of mocha. Her warmth, quiet strength, and Dutch-German roots live on in every morning ritual and every cup I brew.
My ancestry spans Mexico, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, and beyond, a mosaic of Indigenous and European lineage. On my father’s side, I carry the strength of the highlands of Chiapas. On my mother’s side, I carry old-world kitchens, cozy sips, and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel at home before you even sit down.
Raven & Roe is where all of that meets. Handmade. Welcoming. Built with accessibility and intention.
Because I know what it’s like to love coffee, but not always love how it feels.
That’s why you’ll find low-acid, gut-friendly options alongside rich coffee drinks and crafted specialty beverages, all made with care, culture, and connection in mind.
I live in Michigan with my husband Nick, our son Cole, and our two fur babies, Luna and Berkly. When I’m not designing menus or building out my trailer, you’ll find me dreaming up new ideas, refining recipes, or soaking in time with the people I love most.

We currently offer hand-selected, small-batch coffees and teas roasted and blended with intention. Every purchase from our online shop directly funds the buildout of our mobile coffee cart, launching Summer 2026. Your support helps bring this vision to life, a café on wheels serving specialty drinks, signature blends, and a sense of belonging.

Tlachia’s House Blend is brewed fresh on the cart using 100% organic, single-origin beans from the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico.
Roasted dark for depth and comfort, this blend offers rich notes of chocolate and toasted nut, all with a smooth finish that’s gentle on sensitive stomachs.
Sustainably grown by smallholder farmers, our coffee is fully washed, sun-dried, and rooted in tradition, a daily ritual crafted with intention.
